Abstract

We present a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-enabled chatbot designed for low-resource language research, with a focus on aiding the preservation and study of endangered languages. Our system integrates three primary components: (1) a semantic search dictionary, (2) a semantic search grammar, and (3) a RAG chatbot that retrieves and generates responses from linguistic resources.
